Alex Clay

I am currently studying for a Social Anthropology BA at The University of Kent. My first film, 'The Tree Lover', explores ways of finding meaning, and our potential connection to other entities. The project stands as a testament to my development in utilising media and technology in anthropology. Originally from Birmingham, I currently live in Canterbury, Kent. I spent my previous year studying in Tokyo, and this provided much of my inspiration for this project. By exploring how people find meaning far from home, I hope to enlighten my own perspective, as well as that of my audience.
